How do I book a hostel? |

Simply choose which hostel you would like to stay at from the Mexico Hostels section and use our booking engine which is available on each page of the website. Select your dates, press the BOOK NOW button and availability/prices will be displayed. If your chosen hostel does not have any availability for the dates you’ve selected, go to your next choice and check that. |

How do I cancel/amend my booking? |
|
You must contact the hostel directly for this purpose. You can cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours before arrival, free of charge. After this time you will be charged for the first night’s accommodation. |

Can you explain the room types? |
|
- Private: a room where you will need to book the whole room. So, if for example three people book a four-bed private room, they will need to select and pay for four persons if they wish to have a private room.
- Dorms: rooms that are shared with other people from the hostel. They will usually have bunk style beds. In some hostels there may be lockers in the room where you can store your valuables. Some dorms are female or male-only, but if nothing is mentioned next to the dorm type that means that is it a mixed-dorm.
- Single: room with a single bed which sleeps one person only.
- Twin: room with two separate beds which sleeps two people only.
- Double: room with a double bed which sleeps two people.
- Ensuite: room which has a toilet and shower/bath. |
